NextPharma Technologies Announces Senior Management Appointments

Surrey, UK, 4th March, 2008

NextPharma the leading European provider of product development, contract manufacturing and cold chain and logistics outsourcing services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, is pleased to announce the following appointment and changes to the responsibilities of its senior management team:

Jost Bunse has joined NextPharma as Management Director Cold Chain and Logistics Services, reporting to CEO, Bill Wedlake, NextPharma Technologies and is based in Waltrop, Germany. Jost has significant experience in logistics gained most recently at Miebach Consulting and Rhenus AG. He has previously worked at DHL and Phoenix a leading European pharmaceutical wholesaler. Jost Holds university qualifications in both Engineering and Economics.

Dr. Alfons Weische who has successfully managed NextPharma's Waltrop production facility for the last seven years in its transition from a big pharma manufacturing plant to a flexible outsourcing facility, as of today additionally will manage the NextPharma Bielefeld production facility. Detlef Bodmann will continue as General Manager of NextPharma's Göttingen and Berlin facilities the former of which has recently doubled in capacity following significant capital investment.
