NextPharma Technologies - US Subsidiary - Bioserv Corporation Announces Outsourcing Agreement With BioLife Solutions Inc.

(OTCBB: BLFS) - a leading developer and marketer of proprietary hypothermic storage and cryopreservation media products for cells, tissues, and organs.
