Franck Latrille
Chief Executive Officer
Franck Latrille joins NextPharma with a broad and deep experience of the global pharmaceutical industry, having most recently held executive board positions at Merck-Serono SA, including Deputy CEO and EVP Marketing and Sales. Previously at Serono SA he held executive board positions with responsibility for pharmaceutical manufacturing and product development operations. He holds a PhD in biochemistry and physiology.
Richard Milbank
Chief Financial Officer
Richard Milbank was appointed Executive Vice President - Chief Financial Officer - in April 2006 having joined NextPharma in February 2004 as Senior Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller. Richard qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen and later joined PriceWaterhouse Coopers where he specialised in Governments Grants, Business Planning and acquisitions in Eastern Europe. His ten years of experience in process manufacturing was gained as Financial Director of Huntsman Packaging, a Greenfield start up speciality film plant and as Financial Director of Key Country Foods, a first tier supplier to the UK food retail sector.
Jost Bunse
Managing Director - Cold Chain and Logistics Services
Jost Bunse was appointed Managing Director Cold Chain and Logistics Services in March 2008 and is based in Waltrop, Germany.
Jost has more than 15 years of experience in logistics gained most recently at Miebach Consulting and Rhenus AG. He previously worked at DHL and Phoenix a leading European pharmaceutical wholesaler. Jost holds two engineer degrees (Dipl.-Ing. and Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing.) of the Cologne University of Applied Science.
Karen Stoddart
Senior Vice President Quality
Karen Stoddart joined NextPharma in July 2005 to head up the Quality function. She is a qualified pharmacist with significant experience in Quality Assurance and Manufacturing and Development gained at Glaxo, Chiroscience and Mallinckrodt. Karen has worked in the US and Europe and has experience of global regulatory compliance in Japan. Prior to working for NextPharma she led the Quality Strategy function at UCB Celltech.
Monika Osterwald
Vice President Supply Chain Management & IT
Monika Osterwald was appointed Vice President Supply Chain Management in July 2005 and prior to this she held the role of Vice President Purchasing since 2003. Previously Monika was Head of Sales and Marketing for the NextPharma German Group having joined one of the German subsidiaries in 1990. Monika originally trained as a pharmacist with more than five years experience in public pharmacies.
Alan Dodsworth
Vice President Corporate Development
Alan Dodsworth joined NextPharma in October 2003. Prior to joining NextPharma Alan was Assistant Director at Ernst & Young where he specialised in corporate finance and transaction support services. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
